Complex that Adriatic Properties lease contains Aman resort, various bars and restaurant, beautiful beaches the most beautiful viewpoints and it’s historically one of the most honorable parts of Montenegro.

Adriatic Properties has been operating and establishing new trends of modern tourism on the most attractive and exclusive location of Montenegrin coast since 2006. As a lease of the hotel complex to whom belongs island Sveti Stefan, Villa Miločer, Villa Marija and Queens Beach Hotel – in past years company has created strong foundations to welcome to Montenegro renowned brands like Aman resorts and Nobu restaurant.

Aman’s arrival in Montenegro and resort opening as a part of Adriatic Properties in 2010 preceded reconstruction of already existing facilities and construction of new facilities.

Villa Miločer with 6 apartments,  Villa Marija with 2 apartments, and hotel-island Sveti Stefan with 50 rooms – were fully renovated.  Meanwhile Aman SPA center was constructed. All units have been decorated in a subtle, elegant style, offering every modern comfort while retaining the historical atmosphere and Aman resort was officially open.

During the past years company continued with preparation of construction works for new hotel instead of existing Queens Beach hotel. Hotel infrastructure nowadays seems dilapidated and not suitable for the restructuration necessary for fulfilling the requirements of modern and exclusive tourism offer. Therefore Adriatic Properties prepared new project and its accomplishment shall expand the accommodation offer and meet the 5-star hotel requirements in every aspect.

Nobu, the world renowned Japanese restaurant thanks to Adriatic Properties found its perfect summer home in Montenegro. Restaurant is worldwide famous as a mix of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine and it is opened every summer in front of Sveti Stefan island.

Adriatic Properties has around 150 employees during the whole year while in summer time that number exceeds 400 and with realization of new projects the necessity for more employees will significantly grow.
