In partnership with Adriatic Properties Nobu Montenegro is opening the door for a season on Saturday 9th of June.
Restaurant will feature Chef Nοbu Matsuhisa’s world-renowned cuisine— a contemporary melding of Japanese and Peruvian flavors. Presenting a mouth-watering array of signature Nοbu – style dishes including Black Cod Miso, Yellowtail Jalapeño and Tiradito, the menu will also offer specialty plates inspired by Montenegro’s own indigenous ingredients. While enjoying beautiful ambience, view on Sveti Stefan island guests may indulge in signature cocktails as they immerse themselves in the beauty of one of Europe’s last unspoiled retreats.
Heading up the Montenegro staff will be International Project Director Steven Lam and General Manager Farzad Keyhan, Executive Chef Anastasia Ten and Head Sushi Chef Michio Iwata will work with distinguished Nobu veterans from around the world and 20 local seasonal workers to ensure the ultimate Nοbu experience for newcomers and long-time sushi fans alike.
Restaurant can accommodate around 200 people and it will be open 7 days a week from 7pm to 12am.
Closure of the restaurant for the season is planned for mid of September.
